10 Years of Racor Innovation
Congratulations to the Parker Racor Stuttgart, Germany R&D Office which recently celebrated its 10 year anniversary. The Stuttgart Location is part of the Racor Division, the global innovation leader in fuel, air and oil filter systems for diesel engines and fuel delivery.
On 1st November 2004 the Parker Racor R&D Office was first opened in Stuttgart-Wangen as a strategic requirement to efficiently meet the dynamic needs of the both Local and global OEM customers based in Germany.
Many leading Automotive manufacturers are based around the Stuttgart area such as Daimler Chrysler; including Mercedes, MAN Truck and MTU for example. These global OEM's benefit from local Language expertise that can be replicated globally through Racor's many other Locations. Today the Location has grown to seven engineers who are busy developing customized OEM solutions.
The Stuttgart office achieved the ISO 9001 Certification tor the design and project coordination of Racor Filtration Products. The Racor R&D Office requires this certification to operate projects according to the ISO standard that is common in the automotive industry.
Burkhard Hartmann, Head of the Stuttgart Office is working with his team to sell Racor's Euro 6 engine filtration solutions to original equipment manufacturers based in Stuttgart and also extends this support globally. Congratulations to all the staff at Racor Stuttgart.
